Hyperloop Education Program.

1

TransCanada Hyper Loop is a Not for profit: The proposed Hyperloop technologies are yet to be selected and we are promoting an educational exercise that will open the minds of all residents and students of Canada to the possibilities in advanced transportation technologies.

As part of National Engineering Month 2019 OACETT supported the student conversion build of the Magnetic Levitation Express to a Hyperloop toy.

WELCOME

NEM 2021 with Thierry Boitier Director at TransPod Inc. will be doing a series of conferences, on ZOOM

March 2 at 1:30PM    and     March 22 at 11 AM

NEM 2021 OACETT- Renfrew County Chapters is proud to continue support of the Hyperloop Educational Program.

TransPod will be providing a presentation on Hyperloop technology that is a continuation of this year's NEM 2020 program. The presentation will involve three dynamic professionals and cover the topics like Aerodynamics: simulations and modelling, Mechatronics and design of parts and Industrial design: how to include non-physics related tasks in a physics-first based project.

TransPod is building solutions to solve mankind’s biggest upcoming challenge. The way people move is not sustainable. As the population is demanding faster deliveries and faster transport, it is critical to develop new transportation systems capable of moving people fast and clean.

TransPod Inc. is a Canadian company designing ultra-high-speed transportation systems. Through its technological advances and partnerships with global aerospace and engineering partners, TransPod is enabling the global development of the TransPod ultra-high-speed line, as well as tube transportation and hyperloop in general.

During this event, four TransPod employees will share their work, results, ambitions, and mainly they will present various aspects of the engineering world.

Thierry Boitier will introduce you to the TransPod hyperloop system. How it works, its benefits, and how we foresee hyperloop’s development in Canada.

Dmitrii Ivchenko will present as well as Kyle Simmons and Augustin Boisleux.

Feel free to prepare your questions in advance and submit them to us, we will try to cover as much as we can. There will also be some time for Q/A after our presentations.
